... The people only chase for target dates and dont look up for quality of working. All senior level people gets some bonus for completing targets on given date and for which they pressurized working level engineers on very high extent. They dont expect quality from you only expect quantity. 4. Engineering standardization is worst. 5. Actual engineering is not in their hands everything has been decided by Tecnimont milan. You just have to do Mechanical work in India. 6. Knowledge growth chances are zero. 7. Drafting modellers has more authorites than engineer. 8. There is nothing for fresh engineers. There is lot more its only the key points.

Here I have learn much more in my jobroles but their salary is not enough for my work abilities & performance.

Their salary is not suitable for a new join employee (experienced person)for HSE department.

- Most of the time you have to work in tight schedule. - Get ready to work in weekends. without OT.
