Quality work. Excellent Leadership. Talented and Experience Employees. Project Quality is good. Properly follow all procedure. Good exposure. One of the Best company in EPC.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Working Hours is more. No work life balance. Tremendous work pressure. No acknowledgement of work and less chances of Promotion. More work at Mid Manager and lower manager level. HR policies are not good. There is no cultural program by HR. Annual Gathering, project gathering is very low. HR is not trained. Social gathering is low. No entertainment at all.

Only Two days you may like to work in tecnimont are Cricket tournament. - Salaries are very less as compared to market standard - Every department leads have MBO targets to complete so they exploit people in every aspect. - Tecnimont has more lawyers than Engineer s - If you join here as a trainee here then you can consider you will stay here for almost 7-8 years. They treat trainee as a document controller. - HSE/Project/Utility/process departments are good to work. - But if you are looking for piping/civil/instru here then I would suggest you to start selling Vadapaavs than joining here. You will ruin you career.

- In case you have strong reference here you will get many rewards in terms of onsite deputation, salary hikes with less work. - Long long working hours every day minimum 12 hrs for piping and civil, -Saturday off is just in hr policy every Saturday you to work if you are working in piping and civil. - Piping leads are working for only MBOs

...e clear about project things 2. Lot of work pressure (which is unnecessary) 3. In Hand salary is much much less compared to others 4. Weekend working and late night workings 5. As per HR policy Saturday and Sunday is off.......(You may get 💡 what I am trying to say, 😜)

... The people only chase for target dates and dont look up for quality of working. All senior level people gets some bonus for completing targets on given date and for which they pressurized working level engineers on very high extent. They dont expect quality from you only expect quantity. 4. Engineering standardization is worst. 5. Actual engineering is not in their hands everything has been decided by Tecnimont milan. You just have to do Mechanical work in India. 6. Knowledge growth chances are zero. 7. Drafting modellers has more authorites than engineer. 8. There is nothing for fresh engineers. There is lot more its only the key points.
