Very Bad increment process and procedures,Even increment amount is also very bad . No matter how you have worked for organisation and much effort you had put for organization. Career growth and opportunity are very bad.

Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I always enjoyed working there with lot of challenges faced which ended with success. Support from seniors and colleagues was always great. learnt different skills with great potentials. Good Team and company to work with.
