Nothing at all. The entire thing looks like a scam

There is no proper organization structure. Hr will call you and offer you the position and will get your appointment letter by next day. There was NO formal interview. Unlike the name the courses offered here has nothing to do with tech and ridiculously expensive. Once you're hired they won't even attend your call or queries. Their team is entirely unresponsive. They have no capacity to retain their employees. I haven't even completed one week in this organization. All the sr hr ever ask is how many sales representatives have you hired without evn providing proper communication.
