Company should be renamed as Teluguwave instead of Techwave.Completely Telugu biased company.Everyday in 40 mins internal call they will discuss all business related and personal things by egoistic lead and Scrummaster in Telugu knowing that one member does not understand it,they will humiliate you since you do not know Telugu.I will caution North Indian to join this company.

confidence build in each of the colleagues while discussing whith teammates. And employees better understanding with in a team. My Europe travel is very best experiance in my profile, assist of growth will be seen in the next company. Great place for work temperment and lane of work-life balance is Awesome Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here and i am hoping my rest of the journey will be the best service to my eminent organization.

Not much to discuss on this topic. Compensation is decent netherless.

I could not understand what they want from employees. They lost vision of company only to make employees career at stake. Recruitment is done very unscientifically, juniors are paid more than Senior and good organization for people who knows politics and not for sincere and hard working people. Management don't have control on recruitment, pay or retaining loyal employees. All the best to company.

No job security. Dont know when HR comes and tells today is last working day and assures one month salary. Not clear whether it is a Gross or Basic salary and in time period when we are going to get. PF deducted from employee salary and not paid to PF account. Tax deducted and not paid to IT dept. Since past 1 year salary not paid on due date, gives excuses and year end closing etc..... when all other companies able to pay. Over all i don't recommend to any one to join, its up to them.

It's a terrible company to work with. I don't recommend this company until unless you are desperate for a job.

HR is dysfunctional. Managers are politicians. No one listens to your concerns. Salary will always be delayed.
