->Office gossip and backbiting. ->No job security. ->Even if you are too good at your work they will layoff you anytime(EVERYTIME THEY SAY TO RESIGN), BE READY ->The Excuse they give to Freshers for layoff- "You are not Client ready"...Even if you have lots of communication skills they will give this reason at the end. ->They do unnecessary hiring only to showoff and at the layoff those employees due to lack of funds and give necessary excuses ->No proper guidance for Trainees by the Team Lead. ->There are some shoe lickers you will find within the company. ->The office is full of cigarette smoke all around, if you are a non-smoker there is no proper place in the office not even a balcony for relaxing without the smell of cigarettes.

The company's heavy reliance on developers and freshers especially, the lack of experienced personnel and retention issues, often leads to periods of employee idleness and inter-office romance. The office culture can be likened to the Indian dating reality show "Splitsvilla", marked by politics, gossip, and interpersonal conflicts. Also, non-technical departments face limited career growth prospects and relatively low compensation packages compared to Developers. Additionally, instances of favoritism and biases towards certain people are evident in salary hikes early or exceptional treatment, while the organization follows a somewhat volatile "hire and fire" policy. So as to make sure of a solid candidate pipeline, they manipulate social media and feedback platforms.

This company is a real gem because it has dared to lay it's foundation in Guwahati, fully aware of the challenges that come with training and retaining talents in the far north-east corner of the country. Despite these challenges TechVariable, over the span of 9 years have built a strong presence, proving that world class tech solutions can emerge from this region. Personally I cannot ask for more; but to work from the comfort my hometown and serve the best of the clients globally!!

• There is little job security, and they frequently force employees to resign suddenly for improbable reasons. • The hiring approach prioritises marketing over other skills and places a lot of attention on recruitment from elite institutions; yet, the training that new hires receive after hiring is insufficient. • Assigned leads frequently ignore newly hired members, providing them with inadequate direction, oversight, or inspirational assistance that leaves their progress unacknowledged. • Furthermore, insufficient provision of necessary equipment such as laptops or tablets at the time of onboarding means that individuals without personal devices have to make other arrangements. • The lack of a designated food canteen and appropriate lunch seats can be ascribed to a limited office space. • A not-so-ideal working environment is a result of internal politics, backbiting, and gossiping, as well as incidents of disruption and indiscipline by some senior staff members. These things raise concerns about general decorum.
