My time at techugo was quite disappointing. Salary delays were a constant issue, leaving employees stressed about financial stability. The office culture is heavily driven by politics; success seems to favor those who excel at flattery rather than hard work. If you're not part of the management's inner circle, you risk being overlooked despite your efforts. Overall, the environment fosters toxicity over talent. I recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere where merit and reliability are valued.

Seriously, pros?! There aren't any, Don't even bother trying to find any positives as all the reviews are fake or bought! And if you are referring Google reviews, please stop yourself, because they reported all the negative reviews are got them deleted. Since this was much easier than to work upon themselves.

...ring since we have to beg for our own salaries each month from the past 2 years. Salaries are consistently delayed, imagine your December salary coming in the second week of April. They treat employees, terribly, forcing them to resign with only a week's notice, sometimes even less. One of my teammates got terminated; they forced him to resign, then deducted all amount owed and didn't give him any salary. They didn't pay gratuity to employees and didn't clear any F&F for departing employees, giving flimsy reasons to justify themselves. i know people whose F&F is pending for the last 2 years and every time you ask them to clear it, they'll say they don't have the money or will come back to you, but live their lavish lifestyle with utmost care. Everyone in the company is leaving, now new HRs are in the picture and the old ones have left. The current team is merely puppets in the hands of the management and won't address any concerns regarding salaries. They simply redirect you to the accountant or ankit singh, coo. From a career perspective, there isn't much to learn since the company is struggling to stay afloat. It has been working in WFH mode for the past 2 years because they couldn't pay rent or electricity bills for 3 months. The company lacks direction and promises things will improve but they never do. Nothing is on paper, when are things going to imporve. They just give baseless predictions with no facts to support them. Speaking about the SLEEPING CEO MR. ABHINAV KUMAR SINGH, although he isn't active in the company's operations but he jumps in when someone escalates issues regarding dues and threatens them. He thinks he is the smartest in the room but clearly, he is yet to see what people are capable of doing when they become one unit. If you are reading this remember, the way you have treated employee, everything will come back to you because god is watching and karma is going to follow you. You are a firm believer in Karma right?! Wait & watch. also, the reason why he isn't able to focus on the business is that he is having extramarital affair. and ankit singh and her wife priyanshi singh, so the so-called product manager doesn't get time apart from making reels on insta that's why their business is sinking.

The staff , the hierarchy, the CEO, everyone is a fraud and thieves, I think their clients are also getting duped

They don't pay salaries for 3 months , exploit their employees, if someone complaints against them, then they'll put false allegations against the employees. There are a lot of cases running in labour court. I won't want any of my IT friends to join this neverending trap, you won't be able to leave without losing your salary

Small scale company and they have no funds. Salary credit too much late approx two months later and more. Worst experience in this company. No job security and no fixed office location. Management and HR fraud and manipulated.

...ds to make wrong decisions. False promises is just another feather to their hat. Delayed salary, poor infrastructure and lack of professionalism which doesn't mean open work culture at all.
