No I don’t like working at Techstern solution. They don’t support employees they target them and terminate the employees by putting false accusations. Working culture is worst and they didn’t support me on COVID 19

Dislikes

There is no good working environment and they target good people so that they quit the job or they force the person to quit job by giving false accusations

I felt very glad to wrok with Techstern. In this organization, I learnt the value of time. I gain and learnt lots from Techsten. This organization offers lots of platforms to learn and enhance our knowledge in different skills. Motivates their employees for continuous improvement. Company fully supported us during Covid. Teachstern is a very good place. I have learnt more knowledge and my bosses are very much helpful in any part of the the things.Thanks is very word to them. In every thing management is always with us always.... We always check for the latest technology and we give very good support to our clients. And I am from different language background but my teammates are very much helpful...

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
