Salary on time, Knowledgeable Seniors.

Dislikes

Too much politics from operations manager, if someone not supporting him, he is going against them and mentally torture him/her for the employees. I have joined Techshu for its culture, but now it is same as other small agencies. No trust for employees, it's like a boarding school. They ask to share daily calender of work to voice note to effectiveness sheet to timesheet to other project sheet.

Salary on time, knowledgeable seniors. CEO is open-minded, HR team is easy to reach. Two seniors are there also known as pillars of Techshu , name starts with P and S, always there to help at any situation.

Too much politics from operation lead, he is surrounded with some people (chatgpt headed persons, without real/practical knowledge) like him only and mentally pushing people whom he can't control, till the time he/she either resign or take him as a master. As whole day he has no other work than creating excel to track people and running behind them. Company don't listen or try to understand team members problem.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
