Our Company is 35 years old, and I find that most of the employees have been working for more than 10 to 15 years, which means they are satisfied with the company's culture, and another aspect since I have been working for the for the last 7 & 1/2 years. as per my experience i have rated the company as per required above ratings.

Our colleague are good and we sharing ideas to solve problems,career is growing and solar installation and online ups , 12k, work environment is good some times work peeks at that condition i could manage a work at overtime to solve the problems

Very good company for new joiners to get a knowledge n a good guidance . U can balance life and work . Managers like Rajesh and Joshi are very helping hands and supportive .
