...ee who are serving there for almost more than 5 years are very irresponsible. 4. Salary is very very very inadequate. 5. Office staff is very cheap, like they could scold you , if you use/waste a single piece of paper even by mistake. If you are trying to get hired, I recommend you to not to join this organisation. They held my salary when they got to know that I am about to resign. And even after many requests they didn't get any intention to give it to me. Very unethical and very unprofessional.

Nature of duties are not defined, Geologists are hired only for labour related works, They are treated as a labour or equivalent, Always underestimation of skill and eligibility of technical person. Non technical person will be incharge of Site and under non technical person geologist will have to work.......No work culture, no work life balance, only exploitation, not following labour laws and Industrial acts.....

Highly political atmosphere, no work culture, no cooperation, no work life balance, casteism, issue of under estimation, always trying to deduct money, Not giving the authority to Eligible person, No discretionary power is allowed, Influence of Non tech employees is dominant.
