I joined techpoli for career advancement but was upset with the work culture over there

No job security, management itself is more confusing, Techpoli was a separate entity a year ago and was run by Gaurishankar Gupta and Anand Naik, due to in- efficiency to run business their sold out the company to time technoplast group and Mr Gupta and Anand has been retained as a director and 10 percent shareholders each. When I joined I was officially told to report Mr. Gupta, here is the twist, Mr. Gupta was also reporting to one of the Director of the time technoplast named Raghupathy Thyagaragan. Now I have been told to report Mr. Thyagaragan and Managing Director Mr. Anil Jain. It means I have to report to three different people in the Management. None of them like each other and you have to balance all of them to save your Job, politics is too much Mr. Gupta already sacked three employee before me with the help of Raghupathy Thyagaragan saying that they are not fit. Gupta like the person who is faithful to him and act as spoon Man. Management want clear picture which is missing due to Gupta intervention. You don't have any authority to take decision regarding sales and marketing , only have given position.
