They first hire anyone on a job and then put so many goals and methods of work together that a person can be disturbed mantally. There SM pressurized the employees so much that they themselves leave the job.

The company is on first level in rajasthan. Company gives a other spot incentive Reuther then the normal incentive. Their is a good team work and all teams are good. But their is pressure for completing the target. But ok we will achieve our target because we have ability to achieve.
