My role provided an opportunity to learn about certain tools about digital marketing.

Dislikes

I was promised that I'll receive my last month salary within 45 days of resignation. However, it has been over 120 days, even after constant follow ups, I have not received my salary. I reached out to the CEOs via email and LinkedIn regarding my unpaid salary. Unfortunately, they did not respond to my mails and instructed the HR team not to address salary matters for ex-employees. Despite promises from the accounts team, ex-employees are left in the dark with no response to emails. Recommendation- I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company to avoid such abuse.

I was one of the first employees to join the organisation and apart from the new process hiccups things settled really well for me. The organisation does really support its employees when working remotely. There is no plan to return to the office setup.

Fraud company. Fire people after 25-26 days of working without even giving salary on 1 day notice and then ask money from employees and harrassing them saying give us money from your pocket. Unethical and stupid company.

I have learned a lot with the company ,you need to be highly active with research and be aware of the latest technology . It's completely remote which helps a lot to be with family .Yearly appraisal are good with quarterly performance bonus and yearly loyalty bonus for good work .Company culture is good . They will encourage your opinion in every task .
