Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is owned by Shri Arvind Rastogi, a gentleman with excellent personality. He is a very successful businessman with greatest tool of success "Long term vision". I started my initial career with this company as part time employee for a year & there after continued for next 21 years. I have gained all the professional knowledge & skill from Shri Rastogi. I have faced 3 interviews after discontinuing my services from M/s Technovations & was selected in all the interviews in single go. Today I am working with a Hospital in Bhilai. Thanks to this great Company & my regards to Mr. Arvind Rastogi.
