Unfortunately, my experience at TTBS did not meet my expectations. I believe there is significant room for improvement in areas such as transparency, employee support, and equal treatment.

There is no job security. HR provided incorrect information before joining. Additionally, there is salary disparity, as employees in the same position are not receiving equal pay.

One thing that I like most is interacting with customers and making them feel good with my assurance and convincing power. I used to feel really great when the customer was satisfied to me. Interacting with customers in a positive way, I like the most in Technotask business solutions.

Dislikes

...stly what I hate the most in Technotask is the way they treat their Employees. There is no satisfactory incriment in the salary. Your hard work and honesty is truly not appropriate in Technotask and if you make any mistake by any chance you've a huge risk at your job. The salary is not satisfactory.

Quality team politics laga ke jo unki baton ko chup hokar na sune unhe Bina salary diye office se ZTP ,PIP deke nikal dete hai. 3 month m promotion karne ka dava karte h lekin hota kuchh n hai... Salary Dedo Mera b

TL Are good but they all know all frouds so.. They also left there position.. I have 9 months experience in TTBS.. so I know.. No canteen facility.. No pickup drop facility for girls at night shift

Salary only 10k, No salary grouth.. Salary deduction.. diduct salary for admin charge 140 per month. No promotion.. No one available on the floor at late night girls and shift timing 12 to 9.. Girls not safe for this shift.. But no care's anyone's

They always ensure the work is done , and nothing apart of it , they do not give salary on time and less salary than said before and more work pressure and worst responsibility of working people
