Bad Management. Delayed Salary. Tour bills are sorted and genrally comes less compared to your expenditure. Company expects you to do work ifever it needs to give money from pocket and bills are given according to their standard. Work overtime with no pay even sometimes work on weekends and sometimes on holidays also. You must be ready to travel even on Sundays. I was on tour for 2 months continuouly without any sunday. No payday leave even if you have any health issues.
