Surely it is nice place to work likewise working environment is much good but no ahead a good career growth and skills development opportunities in our company

We could not get a incentives on that monthly salary we get incentives on other month salary

...alking about training ,it's good and you have opportunity to learn the process About travel they will credit some amount as travel allowance with your salary They provide lunch at noon and dinner at night Nothing is liked in "Technosoft" About HR ..sorry one side HR A HR role is to interact with users and have to take their issues to the management, must be on both sides but here we don't see HR like this..

...y selecting Technosoft as your first company, job security is not assured here About salary and appraisal 😂😂 no words atter waste, if you work there for ten years the 10th yr 10th mnth salary ill be what you earned in the first month 😂 Especially credentialing process If you have to be a Robot then ok join Technosoft,you have to do what they need and what they want otherwise you will be fired, if you raise a voice r stand against them you are out of your job There will be more n more politics you can't survive there by overtaken all these trouble, problems if you do you are 'nothing' like us

I am working at Client place so cant actually say about Technosoft work culture, but there support is really terrible. And no job security as dont know once the project at client place will be done will u get a new role of not.

No Appraisal, Leave policy, they are not following 24 days rule. Job security.

My company genuinely cares about the people who use our services and the staff who worked hard to achieve great care. They are true for their values.

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching to a certain level.

Techno Soft is a fraud company. They hired us to work for a MNC client and cancelled our joining 2 days post onboarding. We had left our previous job to join in Technosoft who made us jobless.
