Don't expect promotions, salary hike etc. they hiring only higher level position. higher level people only getting the benefits. if you ask about any benefits you will targeting.

I was hired for long term project but they released in short time & also they don't have project s for international change. It is one of the worst company in my entire career.

Good organization who can provide good incentives. If you work hard

Dislikes

Managers and team leads won't let you work free. Sometimes you can't feel that your job is secured. The production you achive and the overall production they give to you won't match. And they will also increase the target level so that you can't get any incentives for you hard work. They won't provide proper leaves. They will ask you to work Saturday and ask you to extend your shift daily. If the higher officials of Technosoft were seeing this means kindly look into this kind of issues. Employees gives their 100 percent but didn't receiving anything back.

Good work culture, encouraging team, nice career exposure and excellent collagues

Dislikes

Work centered only with account manager and psycho behavior of him did not see anyone happy working with him. Management should resticate such managers and should think when everyone is not happy with him, why to continue him. This will help management in growing company standards more.
