I could write a book on this. 1. The salary: You will start with pennies if you join as a fresher. You work there for five years and guess what? You would still be earning pennies. There's zero financial growth if you are looking for one. Or if you are looking for a comfort zone without a promising future, this is your den. 2. The harassments: It's one thing to go through physical harassment. But the impact that mental harassment has is a whole another story. All the teams of LYB, Certification, CA, MH, Script Writing, and the other half dozen worthless projects are being run to mentally torture their employees. 3. Working hours: You must work at least 12 hours a day to prove how good of a slave you are. Working hard isn't a problem. It's the outcome. Even if you work your life out there, what you'd get at the end of it is a termination letter thanking you for your services after 10 years. After leaving, no one gets hired anywhere because the overly exclusive skill set required to work here is unparalleled. 4. Cheap management: Probably the worst part. They are cringe. They cry about everything. They won't increase your salary, they won't give you a good profile, they nag about going to washrooms, going for an extra 10 minute break, for taking a call, and even doing something as simple as using a headphone while working. Cheapness has no limits when it comes to the mama's boys that are working there. 5. Dark future: Okay, I lied. The worst part isn't the primary school level management. It's the certainty that the technical writer profile creates if you work in this company. That certainty being you not getting hired anywhere else. After joining this profile in this company, if you don't realize your future is doomed within 6 months of working there, you definitely deserve to work there.

...ty are available. Not so supportive teammates and hence, high employee turnover. No salary hike or perks.

There is a lot of politics. No employee privacy. Forcibly working for 12 hours. Not good for females.

This is the best first job you could ask for. Clam and good environment, no politics, everyone works as a team. Saturdays and sundays are off And you do get a comp of which you can use any day if you worked a certain Saturday

There are a few dislikes 1. Expect average or bellow average salary 2. They update the workspace quite often so your place continuously changes which could be a good thing for some people. 3. There are sports events and the canteen food is good and they do offer variety of different dishes and follow hindu rules. Like for instance non veg on Wednesday’s and Friday’s

I think they are good at knowing the financial situation of the employee and they provide the salary they are assured with

They should make the environment more friendly and try add indoor games which will relax the minds of the employee

Salary of new comers are much higher than experienced. No LnD. Hence no career growth. Better to leave the company at the right time as soon as a better opportunity prevails for a consistent career growth
