...try to grow up, it's only working for a single part of another large company. 2. Almost no hike will get every year 3. Company always ready to deduct salary/leaves for every silly reasons. 4. When work flow high company hired engineer/office staff immediately and also fired them when work load decreased by giving false allegations.

...it working with the team because the experience people are alwys there to guide. Company gives descent hike and bonus.
