I have never seen such a terrible and worst company in my life. No salary will be given on time and salary cheque will get bounced. No support from company is provided in covid pandemic situations. No work and no projects. No job security. Worst work culture, management and company policies. They say sat - sun off but they will call employee's to work on Saturday's too. I simply hated working in this company.

Flexible work hours with high Incentives for salespeople and Growth every six months. They have an awesome scheme of every 6 months increment policy.

Target based Job and not achieving targets for a few months may loose a job

Company has some really good projects and challenging environment. The team members are enthusiastic and helpful.I learned a lot as I had started my career in Core PHP and now this company trained me on Codeigniter and now I work on advanced PHP.

Dislikes

Some times we need to work at clients location which are generally remote such as MIDC area.
