Very good to learn hvac works but no proper management supports and very bad behaviour of managers No bonus and salary increment upto 1year or more than that No holidays and leave will be approved if any serious cases are thereafter No holidays on sundays 7 days 24/7 working and available to facilities No personal life after joining the company

I like about the way of talking by employees. Also salary on time.

Dislikes

Not supporting on expenses at site. Also not giving experience. It can be change also because i have only some months experience. Also not giving good accommodation. So if any big post employee is looking these message than please support for these and look that these bad review should be change in good.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
