They only focus on employees who learn fastly, they also should focus on slow learners and give them a chance. Don't compare employee with other employees

Technoflair Solutions is being run by people who are highly intellectual and do not rush towards short term untidy goals.The founders themselves being an Art of Living experts take care of themselves and the organization as well and even in the pandemic situation Technoflair Solutions did appraisals and rewarded the people.On top of all of these anyone who is affected by COVID is being taken care of regularly by our HR Department to make sure to provide the necessary assistance (financially or personally)
