Although this organisation might be good for Freshers .

...band and wife running this organisation They literally torture their employees They do not provide basic documents to their employees like salary slip, appointment letter, Experience letter. They do not provide training to the freshers . They even don't know how to motivate their employees as they don't celebrate festivals,no Employee engagement activities. They even deduct salary of the employee is comming 2 min late in the morning.

Likes

There is no growth in this company or any management, but even basic documents are not available here, husband and wife together run the company and harass the employees a lot.

Dislikes

If an employee resigns, they do not give him relieving nor give any express letter. They say on that it is not our policy to give documents and there is no increment. So please do not join this company.
