Technofab is well organised EPC company. They have good experienced professional. In terms of learning company is very good supportive staff.

In Terms of salary they are below average. They are not giving salary on time that's why employee doesn't want long stay in same company. Full and final settlement is also not releasing by their HR department.

Company provides approx. 100% job security and work life balance. Its like a family, but salary and other benefits are very low. Office politics is there, and career growth is very slow.

Salary is very delay (more than 2 months delay).
