... the job with out any notice period, because of Management undigested behaviour. They hold all of the salary more than 2 months. PF account number, PF amount didn't received. I was wasted my time and money during this period. They don't know how to treat staff. I lossed 1.20 laks my salary, PF amount. 2 months salary pending for me, I ask salary, they told you didn't do any work you can go anywhere. Lina is a VP, she don't know anything, but talking too much to everyone like a idiot. Totally waste of career grouth....

Treat like slave Salary not come more than 2 months Way of talking is rood and undigested behaviour by VP Lina. They are not pay money on time. Salary holding. Rood working culture. No job security. Blaming culture and don't trust any one staff and other.

Never pay salary on time. Sometimes 2/3 months later. Ceo and vp treats the employees like slave. They are into bankruptcy. They hold vendors payment for 1 year. If you ask for salary the VP says, "she and the ceo are having one time food" ,"the ceo has high bp and will get heart attack" .No job security. The worst company. Actually its not a company it's a shop. One person do all the work.

TECHNOCRATS is a company which deals with mechanical maintenance job. That's why I chose to work here. Here the working environment is friendly. There are lots of things to learn. Training of the company is too good. It's a good company to get deep knowledge about machines,and there components.But salary and job security is very poor.So I want to switch my job for security.

Dislikes

The only thing is poor salary. It's difficult to lead a standard Life style with this salary.
