Work environment is fine other technical facilities are also good

There is no bonus on festivals, no leaves for festival, even if we are ill or suffering from any health issue do not provide leave, I think there should be medical leave facilities.

managment nature is very poor there is no way employee and managment relationship there is no leave if someone is ill they think you are making excuses and give warning for termination

I have good experience but I'm very disappointed this company management service are not good very bad. Koi dhang ka management hi nhi h bss kaam se mtlv hai chahe agent wahi par Mar jaye. And now days I'm very angry because resignation kiye 2 month hogye h slot time tk abhi tk I have not received my work experience letter.Mene HR se contact bhi Kiya iske liye lekin unhone koi process nhi kiya and ab calls ignore krrhe h . Koi Responsibility h hi nhi . Pehle mujhe lgta th surf admin department worst hai lekin HR work bhi very worst hai. I'm sorry esa koi feedback me Dena nahi chahti thi lekin ab lgta h ki feedback Dena jaruri hai.

New policy are launched with out any information and notice They not stay on there word's They say that they will enroll IGP in every 3 month and tenurity will be 6 month but the certain things happen tenurity increase 1 year but no cham on raipur location have been crossed 1 yr tenurity till now
