They are not at all supportive of anyone. They embarrassed their employees when they ask for the salary and they didn't pay the salary even after 3 months. They were threatening their employees when they asked for their salary. They said: "if you will give resign then we will terminate you". To cut the salary of employees, they made leave policy without any information and when I discussed this thing with CEO, he was shouting like how can I question against them. WORST COMPANY EVER. Other than these thing, they didn't pay me the remaining amount when i left the office, it was Rs36000.

...g more then double of your time commited at the time of NDA you can servive and will be able to get salary.

The current month in which you are working you do not know you will get salary for this month or not.No work life balance.10 times in a day they will ask what is status, still they will not be clear.those guys do not have any process

At times the level of expectation can be demanding. However, this is a testament to the company's commitment to excellence. The fast paced environment and nature of work can be challenging, but it does create and environment where innovation and agility thrive.

TS offers flexible work hours focuses on productivity, and also appreciates and acknowledges efforts put in by the employees. The Management has brought in many new policies and activities to engage all employees.
