They are not at all supportive of anyone. They embarrassed their employees when they ask for the salary and they didn't pay the salary even after 3 months. They were threatening their employees when they asked for their salary. They said: "if you will give resign then we will terminate you". To cut the salary of employees, they made leave policy without any information and when I discussed this thing with CEO, he was shouting like how can I question against them. WORST COMPANY EVER. Other than these thing, they didn't pay me the remaining amount when i left the office, it was Rs36000.

The current month in which you are working you do not know you will get salary for this month or not.No work life balance.10 times in a day they will ask what is status, still they will not be clear.those guys do not have any process

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
