Flexibility of timings are a nice benefit that TIU offers to their faculty.

Dislikes

Not good for long term as the positions are mainly contractual. No salary scale is maintained. No growth opportunity is there. Good for gaining some experience for 1 to maximum 2 years.

Not even paid Subsistence salary, educational Institutions are bound by AICTE and UGC guidelines, but here all regulatory bodies are managed by brides. Single benefit is not given. Full fraud Institute. Teachers and students both are cheated by the owner of this Institute. 'Exploitation' is their motto.

Students are sincere, hardworking and ready to learn if taught effectively

Dislikes

Teachers with UGC eligibility and PhD are on consolidated pay with no increment or incentives but those without NET/SET PhD are in the payroll with scale & increments.

Full fraud University. Before admission asked management to show UGC & AICTE approved certificate of recent academic years. The owner of the University Gutu Roy Chowdhury is Fraud master.

The environment in the place is extremely toxic. They are not at all supporting employees during the lock down. Rather they are terminating them.

Dislikes

I was discontinued without any proper reason during the pandemic. My salary was deducted and I was overburdened with work after they heard that my mother had a brain stroke during that time.
