Salary is given on time. They give holidays according to university rules.

Dislikes

The management of Company makes false commitments to students as well as employees. Annual Increment is only 3%. Gives appointment letter for 11 months only and do not renew it.

Likes

Working with Techno India is the great learning process for me. Freshers can grow with vast amount of knowledge with experience.

Official politics is the regular process which is very poor scenario & the growth level is also very slow

The relation between employees in general

No HR Policy. Management lacks clear vision and methods of who's performing and who's not. Compensation is reserved for few of the permanent employees and others are contractual. 70 % employees are contractual with no idea of when they would get confirmation.

It varies from unit to unit..I am happy with my unit, as I have got good colleagues and my Principal is a very good human being, a Mother figure ....good work life balance till date

Being an employee of TIG, its my honour to say something about this Group.During the pandemic,where many are loosing job, and facing end number of problems in their professional life, it was really a scare in human history. But being associated with Techno India Group, we had no such experience as the management,administration and higher authority stood by their employees. No recession and no fear. Cherry on the top, we got many workshops on skill development, classroom management and so on. So proud to be associated with TIG.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike in TIG..Private company will have pressure, no worth of having grudge. But I would say its not back breaking pressure. No according to me, its ok.
