Good environment and culture. Management is transparent. Company policies are good, with decent salary structure.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but increment process is very slow, last 2 years there has been no increment. No place for career growth. Hierarchy level is not maintained.

Salary is given on time. They give holidays according to university rules.

Dislikes

The management of Company makes false commitments to students as well as employees. Annual Increment is only 3%. Gives appointment letter for 11 months only and do not renew it.

Likes

Working with Techno India is the great learning process for me. Freshers can grow with vast amount of knowledge with experience.

Official politics is the regular process which is very poor scenario & the growth level is also very slow

The relation between employees in general

Dislikes

No HR Policy. Management lacks clear vision and methods of who's performing and who's not. Compensation is reserved for few of the permanent employees and others are contractual. 70 % employees are contractual with no idea of when they would get confirmation.

It varies from unit to unit..I am happy with my unit, as I have got good colleagues and my Principal is a very good human being, a Mother figure ....good work life balance till date
