Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Company provides accommodation. Everyone in every department I work with is very helpful.

Dislikes

I worked in that company for two years and four months, when I joined they said that they will give me experience certificate when I am relieved but when I am relieved the company did not give me the certificate. The company did not give PF. In the company we have to work overtime and we don't get extra payment for it. They don't give working dress, we have to wear casual dress to work.
