These are basic professional tools needed for proper communication, security, and external representation.Poor HR Policies: Only 3 days of holidays per year in the field, and no specific working hours. I worked for Techno 2.2 years it was a fantastic experience they gave me best opportunities. The work culture is best and the management is like 10/10. This is applicable if you got on roll position in the company.

You will get the salary right time means every month 30th you will get the salary. But couldn't get the job satisfaction , work life balance. I seen personally non technical person sited As a PM grade. Taking name like BN Ghosh & Mr.Harendra Prasad. I am not satisfied this oiling culture and after 6 years I had regain the organisation. Mechanical Group no dout good but electrical devision work culture not good. It's my personal opinion. Thanks Subas Chandra Hira

Nothing. It's not worth at all. Management only speaks with the Senior level who are working there for more than 20 years or those in same age group of MD/ relatives. Typical marwari company where each department headed by a marwari who is a relative to MD. Terrible work culture. New employees will not ever get recognised. None of the Dept HoD ever enhanced their skills. HoDs are incompetent, rude, egoistic. Particularly if you have with FGD division, please don't join, you will ruin your career for sure. In fact RC Aggarwal who is heading this division, holding the position of Executive Director do not possess knowledge of an executive, it is hard to believe how he became an ED. Most of the time he plays Minesweeper game online. He is so illeterate that infront of every one he can wind pass from his back. It's not a EPC company, a sort off dukan of Howrah's baro nazar. I heard promoter is in hanting one fat buyer to sell his business. Not sure how employees are silent on their bonus & LTA part which has not been paid in last 3 years. I understand since there is no such opportunity at Kolkata, companies like this are squeezing employees hard time.
