These are basic professional tools needed for proper communication, security, and external representation.Poor HR Policies: Only 3 days of holidays per year in the field, and no specific working hours. This suggests a lack of structured policies, leading to potential burnout and dissatisfaction among employees. In the field, you’ve indicated that HR policy is virtually non-existent. Nothing to like about. Only you can learn if you got the good senior

Dislikes

...No equality. Ypu cannot directly convey ypur problems to office management. They only pay 15-16k salary to a Btech engineer whereas a supervisor gets 32k + special allowances and all whose not even 8th pass 😂
