Work culture is average. Management only want job completion on time from the employees. No salary increment at all for outsider employees. Increment is not done on the basis of capability but done by seeing the face of those employees who all butters their bosses.

Dislikes

Salary structure especially in the Fab shop. Politics done by the managers. No growth for outsiders epically in dahej workshop. Only local employees growth is possible here.

Technip is an excellent company to work in . I joined as a trainee after my graduation. The people and the company

Salary is a major minus point, however recently they are trying to be on par with other organizations.

They prefer to give good work only for GET and not who came as lateral entry. Promotion and salary is not good. Work life balance is very good. Team is full of young engineers.

Not getting proper design work, only report work is there as I am joined as a lateral entry. Good work preference is given to mainly GETs.

Leadership is very strong and supportive . We have a great working team and our global mobility manager’s leadership has been exceptional. She is always supportive of teams both personal and professional requirements . Maintained transparency which fostered collaborative team environment. Good global opportunity

Matters of compensation are very slowly managed.

The company provides some level of freedom in how you should approach your work. Minimum micro-management. Helpful colleagues. Vast knowledge base is open to all if you are willing to learn. Learning is great! No restrictions in terms of whom you can approach. Hyderabad office in Hitech city is a good facility. Some leads and managers are really helpful and free-going in nature.

...vailable engineers; seems like the company accepts more work than it can handle. The work culture is shifting towards bad, in the sense that if you need a promotion and salary hike, you need to show an offer from another company! Laid back attitute of the concerned officials when it comes to giving promotion to deserving engineers. Confusing and ever changing policy and org structure. Seems like instead of retaining exisitng talent, company believes in letting them go and hiring fresh candidates.
