Dislikes

It is one of the best company to work with. Good work culture and secured job with decent salary.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about Technip as a company but yes sometimes unpleasant experience happened with manager but nothing major.

They prefer to give good work only for GET and not who came as lateral entry. Promotion and salary is not good. Work life balance is very good. Team is full of young engineers.

Dislikes

Not getting proper design work, only report work is there as I am joined as a lateral entry. Good work preference is given to mainly GETs.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
