Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

1. Arrogant Management with poor skills 2. No Team 3. No helping hand 4. No benefits 5. Night shift (all team members) 6. Bridged leaves if you take leaves on friday or Monday total 3days considered as LOP. same applicable for normal leaves like if you take leave before after any holiday. 7. Always blaming 8. No public holidays like aug 15th and jan 26th 9. No HRMS tools used. So no proper information from the management until you ask.
