... poor managers and a micro managing chairman! Salaries are continuously delayed. Company expects free long hours of hard work without any compensation or gratitude. Work skills and diligence is immaterial in Technical Parts. If you want growth you need to be a YES MAN. Divide and rule is the corporate policy. Just like India the company is divided on religious lines and casteist politics.
