Jeeval Sankpal- Being a part of techmihirnaik organization is been overall good journey. Got to learn lots more new stuffs to develop mobile application interface. Our industry mentor has also helped us in knowing lots of more new things and always tried to make us understand the things in all possible ways. Therefore, its been good experience working here.

Dislikes

While I appreciate the learning opportunities I've gained as an intern here, on the area I believe could be improved is communication between the industry mentor and team. However, at certain point I felt that their could be the proper interaction with the mentor which was lacked and which could be improved. But altogether as a intern had good experience.

Likes

I liked how all the interns got an opportunity to work together, in a group to help each other grow, gain knowledge and gained experience by collaboration with other team. It improved the self learning skills, the area to explore more on our own, by strengthening our researching skills and simultaneously applying it practically. it also gave a way to improve our communication and made us learn in the process that team playing builds a stronger force than individual works.

Dislikes

I hate the part that some teams did not get enough recognition and guidance of how to work. We were a team where our role was to actually work and not actually told how to do...or train us in anyway from where we can improve our skills. It was all self based learning with no mentorship just a simple task oriented internship program. The part where the whole internship lagged was not given proper attention to the team and let us feel to be left behind rather than a part of it. This internship is all about learning and securing marks...and just because of lack of acknowledgement it is quite difficult to be satisfied with both areas of marks and experienced gained in the internship.

Dislikes

Only one thing, and it was a bit underwhelming experience, but it was due to the Work from Home condition. I personally could not opt for the Work from Office condition, which made the overall experience of working a bit underwhelming, that is the only thing.
