First of all feels very good that the technical lead is kicked out of the client as he himself didn't knew qlik how can he hire other employees and fire them in 15 days good karma❤️, 10 stars for social activities, has good base for sql/tableau developers, 0/10 for qlik as they have no knowledge for qlik even interviews for qlik is done by a 3rd party, you will be asked to replicate photoshoped dashboards in qlik, 10 dashboards in 10 days for 1 yr experience person, fail to do so will result in direct termination, request anyone to ask about 15 days feedback policy which states your probation period can we revised to immediate termination on performance bases (if you can replicate 10 photoshoped dashboards in qlik or similar tasks you are good to go remember you'll be asked to replicate 99%), if the technical lead and project manager cant do that and interesting part is they dont even know the limitations so if the possibility is 60% and you have achieved it you will be asked to do more which is not possible to copy a literal photoshop dashboard and will result in time consumption and you will loose your job, similar cases with 2-3 employee happened within 2 months i am in contact with her, playing with the carriers for freshers, DEFINATELY NOT A GOOD DATA ANALYTICS COMPANY not recommended for starters, dont know about experienced person, Also you will be made to fill exit for and not TERMINATION PROCESS.

My mental health was completely ruined here. It's been around 2.5 years since I left but the experience here still gives me nightmares. The leads, so called leads, managers etc were worst. I usually never give bad reviews anywhere because afterall people are dependent for their livelihood but this was the worst experience ever of my career. I was never treated with respect, never valued, passively insulted and what not. It left me depressed, lost and in sorrow because I joined with lots of hopes, not just me me even my family. I wish no one goes through what I went through here.
