...n after their work is done they will fire you. This company has no job security. They made me work overtime almost daily on weekends no compensation. Toxic please don’t join these scammers, they will tell you they need longtime employee but everything is for work sake The HR the manager they are soooo fake.

Techjays Work Culture is totally different from others, I have been working there for more than 1.5 years, and I never had a bad experience at any cost. Such a stress free environment and supportive and understandable management. Company Policies are Very attractive They have very good projects and good clients too.

Seriously I won't have any personal dislikes but still, the salary is decided based on the experience it should be considered based on the stuff.

0 transparency. Dominating and commanding team leader Weekdays is scary because of team leader No satisfaction of working or earning Team leader makes me mentally sick. Unable to handle pressure mentally
