Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Favoritism is a lot in the company, especially for the sales dept. They treat clients like God and inturn clients dont have mutual respect for them. Blaming other departments for shortfalls in one's own performance.

There is no job security; they can tell you to leave the company at any moment with very short notice. They make their own policies everyday. I suggest not joining this company, but it's your choice. Job security is a very big concern here.

Dislikes

The worst thing about the company is managerial dept. They will see your messages but won't reply unless they find it interesting. If you want to apply for leave, they will see the message but won't respond. My suggestion is to remove this type of manager from your company; an arrogant manager like this is detriment.

Worst company..I had my interview with Ranjith HR manager..Doesn't know how to talk to candidates..Waited for 2 long hours for interview..I being from a middle class family . After telling about my family he told I can fund for ur family monthly in a rude manner..Never gave such an interview in my life .Who is to speak about my career.
