... and some of my colleagues to unpaid leaves until furthur notice of the company. And rest of the employees are working in 50% salary deduction. Even they terminated me after wasting my time due to unpaid leaves. I have all the proofs that how techies infotech take advantage and hired new people and terminate me with lack of cash flow reason.

..., the owner take advantage of the crisis. He get out many employees to unpaid leaves and rest of the employees are working in 50% salary deduction. In this crisis time, they hired upto 10 new employees 6 from IIM and my question is if they have not any funds then how can he hired new people. And he terminated me without any notice. Such a Desi unprofessional company it is.

I love this company's work-life balance and culture. Most of the people here are friendly and helpful. There are no issues with leaves. The boss and manager are super cooperative. They even help you and guide you in learning new skills.
