Work Details

It was hectic and even after putting efforts, you will not be appreciated. Rather you will be blamed if you are not following the politics of the company. I was not able to learn anything new and the company uses personal platforms to communicate.

Techies Infotech only take advantage in this crisis of Covid19. They gave me and some of my colleagues to unpaid leaves until furthur notice of the company. And rest of the employees are working in 50% salary deduction. Even they terminated me after wasting my time due to unpaid leaves. I have all the proofs that how techies infotech take advantage and hired new people and terminate me with lack of cash flow reason....Read More

Very Selfish company and selfish owner. Management is missing in this company even not have any HR in this company. On 31st March, he sent me a mail that due to covid 19 you are on unpaid leaves until furthur notice of the company. They sent me a mail without discussion to me. After that, 21 may they sent me termination mail and ga ve me a reason that we have not funds. But the actual reason is, the owner take advantage of the crisis. He get out many employees to unpaid <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> leaves and rest of the employees are working in 50% salary deduction</mark>. In this crisis time, they hired upto 10 new employees 6 from IIM and my question is if they have not any funds then how can he hired new people. And he terminated me without any notice.
