I was new to The IT field. so it took time for me to learn new things. Fortunately, the company is understanding and patient, with no issues regarding the time needed for my learning process.

Dislikes

It's not a big issue, but I think some things can be improved. they should hire a dedicated person to educate interns, so we don't need to disturb any senior staff on a regular basis.

One good thing is that there is no strict policy related to bounds, so if someone wants to quit the job, they can. I have spent 1.5 years here, and I really don't think I need to change the company

Based on my 1.5 years of experince, I haven't seen any disadvantages yet.

i've been here for a year now, and I can say that things just keep getting better. Every project brings something new to learn, and the improvements are really noticeable.

I was new to the UI/UX , the senior team helped me grow my skills, and after some important learnings, they gave me the opportunity to contribute to the major projects. And during this time, I've learned so much.

i love how there's no office politics here. everyone, whether you're just starting out or have been around for years, gets treated with equal respect.
