Good office. The whole office has a common lunch break. That's the only time the whole office is chilled for the half hour, yes half hour is all the official break you get and are supposed to have in the 9 hours of working there.

Dislikes

...ss of any kind what so ever can't even talk much about anything other than work. Promotions are also done regularly but salary hike comapared to the promotion is negligible. I would rather work at a lower post and have similar salary, than get a promotion,be responsible for four times more people and their stress and not even get paid accordingly.

They have supported us by giving wfh along with salary on time is the second benefit we have received from them is really a goog thing from Techflow

Office politics is so much , so i would say this should be done little bcoz if we work as team then we should help ach other and take team towards ahead that should be our motto .

Working hours are really really terrible. You have to work more than 10 hrs almost every day and without any extra pay. Seniors expectations are very high and sometime feels illogical.

The comapny gives you full chance to grove yourself, employees of the company were helpful too at any situation. Apportinites to grove up ypur character by professional and technical training from company.Traning consist of many activities which make you free from your stress , anger and work pressure.

salary output is not given as per requirement or per increment too. increment period is to high after 1yr as salary startup is low. late sitting sometime.

You'll get to learn US detailing, UK and Indian standards. TEKLA structures is primary software used in the company and provide you free training on the job. Interpreting blue prints of structural design drawings is the main skill you can develop here which is important for modelling, detailing and checking. Everything apart beware of politics and abusing languages which team leaders and managers use because almost all leaders are draughtsman by education and has no professional behaviour or discipline.

...ty of Vacancy's they would give you any designation and treat you like a dog. No professionalism at all and lengthy working hours upto 24 hours if projects are urgent but they won't pay you overtime pay instead they wil threaten you to terminate if you go against working hours, which is violation of labour law. Most of the employees don't speak a word in fear of losing job in this tough market and they live a miserable life. No family life, no personal time for fitness or to learn any other things of your interest. This is the case with both boys and girl's especially in Ratnagiri office. Favouritism is other problem engineers are kept behind from modelling or checking and forced to work as editor while they promote draughtsman who could barely speak any english. My suggestion opt out this company and go for better one.
