Stable and profitable product company operating for 10+ yrs. Bright people, co-operative and family like culture. International projects on niche tech and enterprise grade complex products. They have their own AI/ML product. No politics. Timely salaries, good appraisals for deserving people who prefer to work long term. Seniors and peers help you a lot. Stress free environment, flexible hours, weekends usually free but exceptions do exist being an IT company but no one is overloaded.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as such. Go for it, if you have talent then it is best place to get proportionate growth.

Organized and a fantastic learning environment. Friendly coworkers, a well-organized work procedure, and a positive overall experience. There is occasionally work pressure. Excellent and enjoyable workplace, with regular parties to relieve any workload. Good workplace and college cultures.
