A mid-senior level DevOps Engineer for our esteemed Insurance Client.

Mandatory Skills : Jenkins, Azure, Python.

Technical Skills :

- Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively.

- Create pipelines for the CI/CD setup using Jenkins.

- Knowledge on Azure and Python.

- Create manifest file Kubernetes deployment.

- Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L1, L2.

- Automate take the daily ad-hoc tasks to complete within SLA's.

- Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed.

- Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status.

- Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.

- Document solutions for knowledge base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.

- Build and deploy Docker images to various environments using Kubernetes.

- Patch various environments.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain testing infrastructure in the firm for efficient testing.

- Write detailed test reports and performance analyses for the product.

- Participate in the complete software development life cycle for new products.

- Attend conferences and stay updated with the latest technologies in testing.

Process Skills :

- Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process.

- Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews).

- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills :

- Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs.

- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
